We spent months designing the perfect sauna hat. That meant testing more than ten types of wool before we found one that holds its shape session after session, sits comfortably at 90 degrees, and doesn't go scratchy after a few washes.Most sauna hats sold online are generic factory stock with a logo added. Ours started with three of us in Sydney saunaing several times a week and getting frustrated with hats that flattened, shrank, or smelled after a month.
